Frequently asked questions.
Contracts, reporting, budgets, ownership and how we work with in-house teams. If your question isn't here, ask it — we'll answer it plainly.
Working together
What is the minimum commitment?
An initial 90 days, because almost nothing in marketing proves itself faster than a quarter — tracking has to bed in, campaigns need a learning period, and SEO needs longer still. After the first quarter it's month to month with 30 days' notice.
Who actually works on my account?
A named senior strategist owns the account and stays on it — the person who wins your business is the person who runs it. They're supported by specialists per channel and by our in-house production team. You get direct access to all of them, not an account manager relaying messages.
How often do we meet?
A monthly strategy review as standard, fortnightly on Growth and weekly on Full Service. Between meetings you have a shared channel for anything urgent, and a live dashboard you can open at any time.
Do you work with our in-house team?
Frequently. Some clients keep brand and strategy in-house and use us purely for performance, search or production. We'll agree the boundaries in writing at the start so nobody is duplicating or blocking anyone.
Can you take over an existing account?
Yes, and we prefer to. We'll audit what's there, keep what's working, and rebuild the measurement layer first. We do not delete campaign history — it's the most valuable asset in an inherited account.
Money
Is the ad budget included in the retainer?
No. You pay media spend directly to Meta, Google, TikTok or LinkedIn from your own billing. The retainer covers the work. We never take a percentage of your spend, which means our advice to spend less is worth exactly as much to us as our advice to spend more.
What ad budget do I need for this to work?
It depends on your margin, your average order value and your sales cycle — not on which plan you pick. As a rough floor, most local service businesses need 8,000–10,000 AED a month in media before a paid campaign gathers enough data to optimise properly. Below that, SEO, content and reputation work usually return more.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Tracking setup, analytics configuration, strategy and dashboard build are included in the first month of any retainer. A new website build is the one exception — that's quoted separately as a project.
What happens if I want to pause?
After the initial 90 days, give 30 days' notice and we stop. We hand over every account, asset, dashboard and playbook. There is no exit fee and nothing is held hostage.
How do you invoice?
Monthly in advance, in AED, with VAT shown separately. Bank transfer or card. Scope changes are quoted and approved before any work starts — you'll never get a surprise line item.
Results & reporting
How soon will I see results?
Paid media typically produces meaningful signal in 2–4 weeks and stabilises by month two. Conversion optimisation shows up within weeks. SEO is a 4–6 month proposition for competitive terms, sometimes faster for local intent. We'll forecast honestly rather than promise a number we can't defend.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be careful of anyone who does — no agency controls your pricing, your product, your sales team or your competitors. What we do guarantee is the method, the transparency and the honesty of the reporting. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from us before you find it yourself.
What does the monthly report contain?
It opens with revenue attributed to marketing and cost per acquisition, then explains them: what we tested, what won, what lost, what we're doing next and what we need from you. Channel metrics are included as diagnostics, further down, where they belong.
Can I see the data myself?
Always. Dashboards are built in your own Looker Studio and GA4, and you have full access from day one. Nothing is filtered through us before you see it.
Ownership & data
Who owns the ad accounts and creative?
You do — permanently. Ad accounts, pixels, domains, analytics properties, source files and documented playbooks are created in your name and stay with you. We work as an authorised user on your assets, never the other way round.
What happens to my data if we part ways?
We remove our access, hand over every asset and dashboard, and delete client data from our systems on request. Your campaign history stays where it belongs — in your accounts.
Do you use AI to produce our content?
We use AI where it earns its place — research synthesis, variant generation, audience modelling and volume creative for testing. Strategy, positioning and final copy are written by people who understand your offer. We'll tell you which is which if you ask.
Scope
Do you build websites?
Yes — WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or hand-built static, whichever suits the job. Builds are quoted as one-off projects; ongoing conversion optimisation, analytics and maintenance sit inside the Web Design & CRO service.
Do you produce video and photography?
In-house. Commercials, product and lifestyle photography, short-form social video, animated explainers and event coverage. Creative testing only works if you can produce enough creative to test, so we kept production close.
Which industries do you work with?
Real estate, healthcare and clinics, beauty and aesthetics, fashion and retail, F&B, hospitality and travel, education, automotive, fitness, legal and professional services, B2B and logistics, and e-commerce. If yours isn't listed, the method still travels — ask.
Will you tell me if I don't need a service?
Yes. If a service won't move your number we'll say so and decline the revenue. Selling a retainer nobody needs is the fastest way to lose a client in six months, and our retention figure is something we'd like to keep.
